A family house in the heart of Athens, offers you the opportunity to live like a local in the center of the capital of Greece! Our apartment is close to the centre of Athens, very close to local attractions, to areas of entertainment and life! It will give you the real feeling of a traveler, as the neighborhood is not touristic, but in 10′ by metro, you will be in the center of the city, at Akropolis, Plaka and Syntagma Square {5′ walking distance from Metaxourgeio Station). ABOUT THE HOUSE: Our cozy apartment has been recently renovated throughout, featuring brand new furniture and facilities. Ideal for couples, families, small groups of travellers and business people who wish to have close access to historical sites and experience local life, day and night. It is on the second floor of the building, you can use the elevator to carry your luggage.
INDOOR: There is a fully equipped modern kitchen, iron, hair dryer, double bed, two single beds and a really comfortable double sofa bed (130cm * 200cm) . You can also use A/C in each room and have privacy as each one of them is separated. For your suitcase, clothing and personal belongings there are two spacious wardrobes.
OUTDOOR: There ‘s also a large balcony with out door furniture at the front side of the apartment, and one smaller one at the back side.
